We’re inspired more by those who’ve gone the journey and seen a thing or fifteen. I saw a beautiful clip very recently which threw my mind into the highest heavens to the power of our risen God to raise us from the ashes of our once-corrupted lives.
Torment was once us and now no more. There is peace on the other side.
How amazing to have found the answer beyond all other answers—the voice of God via the tranquillity of soul... the healing means of the Spirit... a thing that only Jesus could own, and a thing that the Saviour gives freely and abundantly. He earned the peace of God for you too.
I played that clip through three times... not simply that it was beautifully composed, but it’s powerful yet basic truth spoke to my heart as much now as it ever did.
We search all our lives to discover the truth to the meaning of life.
Then it is found!
And life begins again; but life for the very first time, in the re-birth to be born of God. It’s a trip all were destined to make. Peace is there.
