Embracing the Emotional Roller Coaster

Riding the emotional roller coaster seems cruel. Fear is not only where shall it stop, but where will it traverse, and how bad-off we’ll end up, in the next few minutes? How ironical; to help might be to embrace it.

Go to a mirror and smile through gritted teeth. Pain possibly, but a brim of hope too.

Mechanically RELAX.

God may just do something in and through you and the situation you’re in right now. Rejecting the things we find objectionable and going on, and through them, is strength for those who partake.

This fickle ride that life enjoys taking us on is what it is. Alive are we. This is not a truth to be sneezed at. Accepting this truth is our ticket-of-entry to Wisdom Living 101.
